Taste-N-Tell    [ Flyer ]

660 Towle Way, Palo Alto  [ Map ]
Saturday, February 17, 11:00am - 3:00pm

Members kick-off the year by sharing their favorite dishes. We normally celebrate this Taste and Tell event by encouraging everyone to bring dishes that they would make during the Chinese New Year.

LET'S do something a little different... since the club has recently published its own cookbook, wouldn't it be great if we could do a tasting of some of the published recipes.

Here are the categories from our Commemorative cookbook. Pick one from the following categories in the cookbook and share it with us.
Appertizers
Salads
Entrees: Chicken, Beef or Pork
Desserts will be provided by the committee.
