Aimee Yan, MS RD will share with us the common traits of people living to age 100, what ten practices we can do every day to lengthen our health span, and what kinds of foods will promote healthy aging. Don't miss this opportunity to start off the Lunar NewYear with wisdom and knowledge so we can stay strong and healthy like the Ox.
The focus of this class is to learn how to use the free video software Photos that is bundled with Windows 10. In this workshop you will learn how to create a short video that can include pictures (Jpegs, Png files etc..), video clips (mp4s, movie files), clip arts and other media such as music and special effects. At the end of the class, you will have a cool video that you can share with family and friends.

Our instructor is currently in her third year at Five Branches University’s Doctor and Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dual-Degree Program.
This is our premier event where all of Chi Am Circle’s fundraising efforts come to fruition to provide scholarships from Chi Am, individual club members, and the community for deserving and needy high school students of Asian descent. Students are selected for scholarships based on a rigorous criteria and essays reviewed by the Selection Committee.

Annual community service outreach event. The committee will purchase, assemble, and fill 40 school backpacks with classroom supplies which will then be donated to students in a currently underserved school.
Get together to enjoy a scrumptious lunch and reconnect with friends.
ODB serves free hot meals three days a week to hungry people without qualification or restriction. Help with kitchen and dining hall prep and set up, serving food and some cleaning up.
LifeMoves offers temporary shelter for homeless families and offers assistance with finding stable housing and helps families return to self- sufficiency. As part of Chi Am’s community outreach, attendees donate new and/or very gently used bedding to LifeMoves to share in the satisfaction of helping others while enjoying the camaraderie of your Chi Am sisters.
